Dear Kate,
How are you? How’s your family? I’ve heard that you were studying in Sweden these days. How is it like? I have to tell you my big news: I started a new job in Switzerland. A great hotel offered me some work as a waiter, it’s a big change from working as a teacher. I won’t be paid much but they offer me to travel a lot in their hotel chain.
My parents are fine. They are very excited at the moment because they are preparing a trip to San Fancisco. I will miss them but am very happy for them! How about you, do you miss us a little? Do you remember our sky trips and our hiking tours in Ireland? Do you still practice a lot of sports?
I’d love to see you and visit Stockholm as I don’t know the city.
Looking forward to this prospect,
Big hugs,
Martin

Dear Kate,
Thanks for your email. I’m really looking forward to welcoming you to South Africa. You’re going to love it!!!
I’m free on Thursdays, so I can meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel. Could you send me your flight details by email, and don’t forget your flight schedule…I mean your time of arrival, sorry, I keep forgetting that you are just learning english for the moment.
Regarding the Hotel In Cape Town, I could recommand the Seagull, it’s unexpensive, about 40£ a night including breakfast. It’s very well located in the city center and the manager is one of my best friends.
We could go diving if you wish. The sea is very cold but I know some great spots!
I’d also love to show you around town and we cold plan a trip to the top of Table Mountain together?
I’m really looking forward to meeting you,
Best regards,
Patricia

- La Pizza;
- Italian restaurant;
- Geneva;
- Very beautiful, old, wooden, very big, classy, nice tables with candles, flowers, it’s got a modern section, white table cloths, lots of colours, clean bathrooms, wooden floor, pictures on the walls;
- pizza(fresh dough toppings: four cheeses: mozarella, tomatoes, olive oil, anchovies, olives, gurkles, tuna, ham, peperoni and pineaple), meat(beef, steak, pork,), ice-cream, noodles, pasta (spaghetti), grilled chicken. Excellent meals.
- good service, nice waiters and waitresses and quick;
- Good price, not too cheap but not expense for this quality!
dough is slang for money, but it is the main component for a pizza, made of flour, water and salt.
Good Review about La Pizza, a Geneva classy Italian restaurant.
La Pizza is an italian restaurant in Geneva. It’s a beautiful restaurant, very big and classy with nice tables overlooking the lake. The restaurant is old but it’s got an modern section. It’s nicely lit up with candles (candle-lit). The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant because it’s mostly wooden inside. It’s also got a very calm atmosphere. There are some flowers on each table. There are pictures on the walls which are very colourful. The bathrooms are clean.
We can eat there a lot of types of pizza. For example, the Four Cheeses, it’s a very tasty. The meat is excellent too. However, La Pizza is particularly famous for the delicious pasta and grilled chicken.
The waiters and waitresses are very nice and pleasant and they deliver quickly and with style the dishes.
The price is very reasonable. Indeed, it’s not expensive and quality is very good. I warmly recommend this restaurant.
Horrible Review of horrors.
La Pizza is an italian restaurant in Geneva. It’s an ugly restaurant, very small and vulgar with dirtyy tables overlooking a parking lot. The restaurant is modern but it’s got an old and shaby section. It’s dark because the candles aren’t lit up. The atmosphere in the restaurant is unpleasant because it’s mostly wooden inside, feels ghastly. It’s also quite noisy. There are some dead flowers on some tables. There are no pictures on the walls which are very dirty and dull. There’s no toilet paper in the bathrooms which are disgusting. We can’t even flush the toilets, they are out of order!
Food is disgusting too! In the salad, we found a worm and we can see some cockroaches walking near the food!Meat is half cooked and anyhow it’s rotten!
The waiters and waitresses are very rude and impolite and service is very slow.
The price is very expensive. Indeed, it’s a terrible experience and I strongly discourage you from ever setting a foot in that restaurant!!!
